Let me introduce myself – my name is Catherine Corner and, like so many ladies, I have a huge passion for jewellery! Fashion jewellery is a particular favourite, and the more interesting and unique the piece, the more I love it!
I was born in Arusha, Tanzania, where the tribal jewellery always fascinated me. Having travelled extensively around the world and experienced living in European, Asian and African Continents, it has been a fascinating experience observing how different cultures choose to adorn themselves.
BJewelled was originally founded in 2004 when the ‘coffee morning sale’ trend was fashionable and I felt that the market lacked quality jewellery at affordable prices. An artistic and creative background combined with classes in Silversmithing, Jewellery Making and Design, which I still attend, enabled me to create a very successful range of jewellery that would meet the quality standards I aspired to offer. This was my 'spring board' into developing exciting ranges and designing a website to show-case my jewellery.

Colour Image was developed as an integral part of BJewelled under the careful guidance of two professional image consultants. Colour Image offers an extensive range of jewellery to customers looking for something special to suit their unique personal type. This jewellery collection is designed to offer a 'mix & match' range that can be added to at any time. Made with .925 sterling silver or 14K gold fill (commonly known as ‘rolled gold’ in the UK), Swarovski crystals and pearls and much more, Colour Image offers choice in both colour and scale. Due to its immense popularity and timeless design, the Match Collection will never be discontinued. Every year BJewelled will add 4 new colour ways to add to the collection - two for Spring/Summer and a further two for Autumn/Winter. Although the new colours will reflect the fashion colour trends, access to the full range means that customers can always request an accessory they saw but failed to purchase.
Boho Chic and Cielle are unique collections offering individual designs. Inspired by my East African background, Boho Chic is a very special range that combines a slightly Bohemian and Ethnic look with an elegant and contemporary twist. These eye catching pieces are exclusive pieces of jewellery and I guarantee that no more than 4 (if indeed as many as that!) identical designs will ever be made. It is a new range currently in the making.
Cielle is a smaller, ‘boutique’ collection that offers predominantly single, one off designs.
