These customer information and General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all orders placed through the website www.bjewelled.org.uk  Placing an order with us indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

We may refuse to accept an order:
· where goods are not available;
· where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
· if there has been a pricing or product description error;

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods we will inform you of this as soon as possible. If goods you ordered are not available within 30 days of your order we can withdraw from the purchase agreement even if we have confirmed acceptance of your order. If we withdraw from the purchase agreement we will immediately inform you of this and a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The goods and price information on our Website is subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed on the Website at the time of your order.

Price and additional costs

The total amount of your order, including all taxes and costs such as packaging and delivery will be displayed in the shopping cart and when you confirm your order before payment .

Terms of Payment

The purchase price for the goods ordered becomes due upon the shipping of your order by Bjewelled. Payment may only be effected by credit card (by entering your credit card details on the Paypal website). You may not make any set off against our claim for payment unless the amount set off is not disputed by us or has been the subject of a final and binding judgement.

Registration

To register with www.bjewelled.org you must be over eighteen years of age.

Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately.

Dimensions

All sizes and measurements given on the BJewelled website are provided for your guidance only; we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you about it as soon as possible.

Hand-Made Items 

All hand-made items sold by Bjewelled are subject to the possibility of a slight variation from the photograph shown on the website.

Privacy

All details and information received is used for the sole purpose of processing your order or enquiry and will never be shared with anyone else.

We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Delivery & returns

Delivery

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address as stated by you and through a delivery service appointed by us. We will make every effort to deliver the goods on the date you requested, but we cannot make a binding statement on this. The goods remain our property until we have received payment in full.

Shipping methods and costs

Orders are delivered in the UK by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery Next Day’ or 'Recorded Delivery' service. The cost of this service will be added to your order.

All International orders will either be sent via Royal Mail's 'Airsure' or another reputable delivery service. The cost of this service will be added to your order.

If you are resident outside the European Union you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties upon receipt of your goods. You are solely responsible for the payment of any levies imposed upon you in your own country of residence and BJewelled cannot be held liable for these additional charges.

Important information

• All orders require a signature upon receipt.
• We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Insurance

BJEWELLED insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

Cancellation & Returns

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to returns@bjewelled.org.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.

Providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, you may return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a replacement.

If the goods you purchase have been made to your specifications or personalised, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note.

Please email us at returns@bjewelled.org.uk prior to returning an item with details of the problem. Returns must be sent via the Royal Mail's 'Special Delivery' service and insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. BJewelled cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) shall not apply. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable for these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any remaining provisions.
