Important Information

 

All orders require a signature upon receipt.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.​

 

Domestic Shipping

 

Orders are delivered in the UK by Royal Mail 'Recorded Delivery' or 'Special Delivery Next Day' service. The cost of this service will be added to your order.

International Shipping 

 

All International orders will either be sent via Royal Mail's 'Airsure' or another reputable delivery service. The cost of this service will be added to your order.

Insurance

BJEWELLED insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

If you are resident outside the European Union you may be liable to pay local taxes and import duties upon receipt of your goods. You are solely responsible for the payment of any levies imposed upon you in your own country of residence and BJEWELLED cannot be held liable for these additional charges.

Returns

How to Return  

 

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@bjewelled.org.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you.

Returns must be insured for the full cost of the item within the time stated. Bjewelled cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns if they are returned by normal or recorded post.

Exchanges  

 

Providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, you may return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

Providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, you may return goods you have ordered from us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

Items appearing to have been damaged due to wear and tear or mistreated in any way cannot be guaranteed for a refund or a replacement.

If the goods you purchase have been made to your specifications or personalised, we are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note.

 

Exemptions: Earrings


Due to hygiene reasons under UK Health and Safety law, pierced earrings cannot be returned unless found to be defective upon receipt of goods.

The goods will be delivered to the delivery address as stated by you and through a delivery service appointed by us. We will make every effort to deliver the goods on the date you requested, but we cannot make a binding statement on this. The goods remain our property until we have received payment in full.
